Shipping & Handling

1. Shipping will be handled by the courier selected by the Customer.

2. Orders with payment confirmation received after 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

3. There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders with payment confirmation on those days will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

4. Once the order has been handed over to the selected courier, the tracking number will be sent via email and updated in the Member Account. For shipment tracking, please visit the official website of the respective courier.

Rules

Properly completed orders will be shipped according to the service guidelines listed below. Orders are properly completed after payment completion and shipping address is confirmed. In addition, Zippo reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud. Orders that cannot be properly completed will be cancelled and the customer will be notified via email.

Multiple Addresses

Unfortunately we are unable to split ship orders to different addresses. We are happy to ship your order where you need it to go, but you will need to place a separate order for each address that you need items shipped to.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to carrier shipping regulations, Zippo windproof lighters are shipped without lighter fluid. To use your Zippo lighter, fill with Zippo premium lighter fluid.

After payment completion, your order will be shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia based on the content of your order as listed below.
